Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, navigating life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and resilience. I am passionate about helping you build meaningful connections and guiding you towards a path of acceptance and well-being.
My counseling approach, inspired by Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), centers on genuine connection and mindfulness. Together, we explore relationships, navigate emotions, and foster personal growth aligned with values. It’s a
safe space to navigate mental health, build connections, and embrace positive change. In my leisure time, I often gravitate toward outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and running. I also enjoy live music and traveling as much as possible. Relationships are what bring me the
most happiness, and I continuously tend to the ones I have and strive to develop new ones when I can.
