Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Millersville University in 2015 and my master’s degree in 2023 from Lenoir-Rhyne University. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). I am committed to fostering authentic connections with my clients. I believe in the transformative power of genuine and empathetic interactions as well as creating a safe and open space for exploration and healing. In session, I prioritize authenticity, providing you with a supportive environment where you can be yourself without judgment. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, navigating life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and resilience. I am passionate about helping you build meaningful connections and guiding you towards a path of acceptance and well-being.
My counseling approach, inspired by Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), centers on genuine connection and mindfulness. Together, we explore relationships, navigate emotions, and foster personal growth aligned with values. It’s a safe space to navigate mental health, build connections, and embrace positive change. In my leisure time, I often gravitate toward outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and running. I also enjoy live music and traveling as much as possible. Relationships are what bring me the
most happiness, and I continuously tend to the ones I have and strive to develop new ones when I can.

"Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion."
